According to Anthéa, “Automation saves time for both IT and business teams; we’ll receive real-time bug reports that include the severity level and category, along with a screenshot or video, which means the issue can be resolved very quickly as soon as it’s reported.” Mr Suricate also report bugs related to the company’s service providers even before they are notified, which helps streamline the customer journey.
