SuriCAP: When a Disability Becomes a Strength

Your automated testing projects are entrusted to professionals with disabilities who are trained in the field and supervised by the Mr Suricate teams. This service is judged on its quality and qualifies for a deduction from your Agefiph contribution.

Inclusion won't work if the service isn't good

That’s the first objection, and it’s a valid one. A societal commitment that comes at the expense of service quality won’t last: it’s abandoned at the first serious incident. SuriCAP is built on the opposite principle. The people working on your test cases are trained in automated testing, supervised by our teams, and held to the same coverage objectives as any other service. The rest is a bonus—it doesn’t come at the expense of the core service.

No one can access your premises without going through there first

No-code automated testing can be learned, but it can’t be improvised. Each team member follows a training program supervised by our teams and then demonstrates their skills on test cases designed for practice before working on a client account.

Each participant’s first real-world scenario undergoes quality control by Mr Suricate. It serves as a validated template, which the participant will then replicate. A scenario is not put into use until it has been successfully executed twice in a row.

We maintain control over business operations and standards. If the workload exceeds the service center’s capacity, our teams take over: your coverage continues uninterrupted.

Scopes already assigned to the service center: 20 scenarios at a specialty retail location, 30 scenarios for an e-commerce account in the home decor industry. Desktop and mobile web, applications, and APIs.

A CSR Lever That Can Be Calculated

The unemployment rate among people with disabilities stands at 12 percent, compared with 7 percent for the general population. Disability remains the leading cause of discrimination in hiring. And the jobs available are still mostly low-skilled, even though the digital sector offers technical careers that are meaningful and fairly compensated.

How Does the Agefiph Contribution Deduction Work?

Companies with 20 or more employees must employ at least 6% of workers with disabilities. If they fail to do so, they must pay an annual contribution. Outsourcing a service to a company that employs people with disabilities entitles the company to a deduction from this contribution.

  • The deduction is equal to 30% of the billed labor cost. It is not 30% of your contribution, and it is not a discount on the service.
  • It is deducted from the contribution due, up to 50% to 75% of that amount, depending on your direct employment rate.
  • The result therefore depends on three factors: your workforce, your employment rate, and the volume of work you entrust to us.

We work out these figures with your HR and accounting departments before making any commitments. We won't provide any specific figures until we have your data.

Beyond its contribution, SuriCAP supports your other commitments: CSRD reporting, responsible procurement policies, disability policies, and social clauses in contracts. The volume of work entrusted, the profiles of the workers engaged, and the deliverables are all documented and therefore subject to audit.

An offer born from a chance encounter

SuriCAP is not a marketing project. The idea had been brewing for three years in our founder’s mind: to enable people with disabilities to pursue a technical, well-paying, and meaningful career. All that was missing was the right partner. He found that partner at a trade show, when he offered the last cup of coffee to Nathalie Gerrier, the CEO of Handirect.

Our no-code platform has made the rest possible: designing and maintaining automated tests without writing a single line of code. That’s what turns an idea into a business and a commitment into a lasting service.

Our Commitment
The real challenge of a viable CSR initiative—one that’s more than just a publicity stunt—is making it economically sustainable for everyone. SuriCAP proves that it’s possible to combine ROI and social impact without compromise.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions we get about SuriCAP.

Who actually conducts the tests?

Professionals with disabilities who are employed by Handirect, trained in no-code automated testing, and supervised by the Mr Suricate teams. You’ll have a dedicated account manager, just as with our other outsourcing services.

How does the Agefiph contribution deduction work?

Using a company that employs people with disabilities entitles you to a deduction from the annual contribution owed under the employment quota requirement. The amount depends on your headcount, your employment rate, and the volume of work assigned; it is calculated on a case-by-case basis with your HR department or your accountant.

Is the quality the same as with a standard service?

It is measured in the same way, using the same metrics: coverage of critical user flows, campaign success rates, and the time it takes to resume operations after an interface update. If you are not satisfied, this is a service issue and should be addressed as such.

What technical scope is covered?

The same as our other services: browser-based web applications, native iOS and Android mobile apps, and APIs. We cover functional, non-regression, API, end-to-end, and graphical testing.

How do you get started?

By defining the scope—as with any outsourcing project—we determine which workflows to cover, in what order, and with which environments and datasets. Onboarding takes two weeks, and the first scenario is typically up and running before the end of the first month.

How long does it take to train a counselor?

There is no standard timeframe, but there is a milestone: no one works on a client project until they have demonstrated their skills. The program consists of initial training, automation and maintenance exercises of increasing difficulty, followed by the design and automation of a set of representative test cases. The first real-world scenario is then sent to quality control at Mr Suricate.

Why keep replaying the same scenarios every month?

Because that’s exactly the point of automation: to take over the repetitive tasks in workflows that are weighing down your business. In production, scenarios serve as functional monitoring and run frequently to detect anomalies before your customers do. In a test environment, they serve as regression tests and keep pace with your development cycle, ensuring you can deliver new features without breaking what was already working.

What happens if the workload increases or if a staff member is absent?

Mr Suricate 's teams take over the creation, maintenance, and analysis of test cases. This is stipulated in the partnership agreement, specifically so that your coverage does not depend on the availability of a single person.

Can Handirect provide services anywhere in France?

Handirect has 16 offices in France and Réunion, as well as a network of offices with staff trained in software testing. Work is done remotely on our systems, so your location is not a factor in determining feasibility.
