The scope is defined at the outset: number of test cases covered, deadline, execution frequency, scenario maintenance, failure classification, and reporting. What is not included is also clearly specified in writing, particularly changes to the scope, which are addressed through an amendment rather than being billed on an ongoing basis.
No, and that's not the point. Mr Suricate replace your QA team—he reinforces it. The ideal division of labor is often the same: you retain the domain expertise and decision-making, while we take on the production and maintenance tasks that prevent your team from doing the rest.
