1. Introduction

MR SURICATE engage trusted third-party service providers (“sub-processors” or subprocessors) to enable the provision, operation, and improvement of its SaaS platform.

These service providers may process certain data to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of the services provided by MR SURICATE.

MR SURICATE that each of these service providers provides adequate safeguards regarding security, confidentiality, and data protection, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable contractual obligations.

3. Subcontractor Management

MR SURICATE internal procedures for selecting and evaluating subcontractors.

These procedures include, in particular:

• a security and compliance assessment
• the establishment of appropriate contractual safeguards
• confidentiality obligations
• a periodic review of service providers

Subcontractors are used only when necessary for the operation or improvement of services.

 

4. Updating the list

This list is subject to change to reflect updates to the technical infrastructure or the service providers used.

Customers will be notified of any significant changes to this list when required by applicable data protection regulations.
