Process onboarding

Mr Suricate welcomes all new recruits with a kit containing the history of Mr Suricates history, the organization chart, the general organization of the departments, photos of the employees, the list of our clients, the internal telephone lines, the list of the tools used as well as a glossary that we regularly enrich.

During the first week, the new suricate gets to know the spirit and organization of the different departments by spending time in each division, with every employee.

Anyone who integrates Mr Suricate is trained on our solution.

A team of 36 employees spread between Nantes and Paris.

Our job, confined to automated functional tests, leaves a lot of room for human interaction.

Each Mr Suricate employee is a pillar of the structure, the product, the services and its evolution.

 Internal evolution

 When a position is opened within the various divisions of Mr Suricate, we always prioritize internal development. 

The candidate will then submit their application and conduct a motivational interview. As soon as they're accepted, we will train them, merging internal and external training specific to their new missions.
