Process onboarding
Mr Suricate welcomes each new employee with a kit containing the history of Mr Suricates history, the organization chart, the general organization of the departments, photos of the employees, the list of our clients, the internal telephone lines, the list of the tools used as well as a glossary that we enrich regularly.
During the first week, the new suricate gets to know the spirit and organization of the departments by spending time in each division and with each employee.
Anyone who integrates Mr Suricate is trained on our solution.

Internal evolution
When a position is opened within the various divisions of Mr Suricatewe always give priority to internal development.
The candidate will then submit his or her application and conduct a motivation interview. As soon as he/she is accepted, we will train him/her and complete this internal training with external training specific to his/her new missions.
